Our process starts with a free survey to discuss your requirements, and once accepted we’ll produce Sketch Up design for approval before the manufacturing process begins.

Our Promise

Upon completion of your works, you will receive an email from us to book in your complimentary aftercare visit. We understand that flexibility is key, which is why you can choose any time to suit you—as long as it’s within 3-9 months of the completion date. Once a date is booked, we will arrange to have an assessment carried out a week before your date, to view any defects or remedial works. This provides us with time to assess and carry out the aftercare works on the date booked for the following week. We pride ourselves in offering this service and it’s promised to projects of all sizes.

Our first step is always to get to know you and your project. We will organise a meeting so that we can discuss your requirements and aspirations, and gain an understanding of what you’re looking for.

After our meeting, we will create a detailed proposal which highlights the details of what you’re looking to achieve, including each item and segregating costs. We know that your home is of the highest importance, which is why within this tender you will also find information on the measures we will go to, to protect your property.

Once accepted, we will draft a programme of works that suits both your needs and requirements. Within your programme, you will find a combination of the order of works, along with a timeframe for each task to be carried out.In addition to this, we offer a live budgeting system (depending upon the size of your project) that keeps finances well-managed and ensures there’s total clarity for all parties prior to starting your project.

Renovation is a multi-layered process, and all trades need to be carefully scheduled in to avoid timing conflicts. But no matter how much planning is done at the beginning, without constant management things can quickly become disorganized which, in turn, can lead to delays.
